Red Leather Saddle Bag

To make this bag I first deconstructed a red leather coat. I decided to use the pocket on the front of the coat as a pocket on the front of the bag and cut it accordingly. after cutting out all the rest of the pieces I carefully stitched it together using the saddle bag pattern I designed. The bag could be carried on the shoulder or cross body if you are of shorter stature. I lined this one with a vintage green and red floral decorator fabric and put two slip pockets inside. It’s red! It’s leather! All good!
